We are SW Florida's premier Kenpo studio located in Cape Coral, Florida specializing in the art of Ed Parker's American Kenpo.  Proudly a member of 10th Degree, Mr. Joe Palanzo's organization the WKKA - Worldwide Kenpo Karate Association.

Unfamiliar with Kenpo? The benefits it provides are internal, as well as external. Self-defense combined with self-confidence & esteem, physical fitness, focus & concentration, respect and discipline to name a few. Children through adults acquire the “can do” attitude.

Knowing the importance of quality instruction our classes are structured to allow an excellent student to instructor ratio.  Emphasizing tradition, yet realizing that learning is enhanced when done so in a comfortable and fun environment.

Husband and wife team Mike Squatrito & Renée Squatrito, 4th and 2nd degree respectively, own and operate Gulf Coast Kenpo Karate. 

Our Program Description

Senior Grand Master, Ed Parker Senior’s American Kenpo in age specific, level specific classes. Encompassing all Kenpo basics, self-defense techniques, traditional forms, staff training, sparring training and all aspects of competition.

• Little Dragons (4-6 years)
  Program focuses on balance & coordination, beginning basics/self-defense techniques and beginning forms.
• Karate Kids (7-11 years)
  Programs emphasize discipline and respect while learning all aspects of the adult program with age appropriate variations to self-defense techniques.
• ‘Tweens & Teens (12-15 years)
  Program offers the full adult program in age specific classes.
• Adults (16 years and older)
